Hello2Hola is operated by Nexova LLC ("we"). This policy explains what we collect when our AI receptionist answers calls for the businesses that use our service ("our clients"), and when we send text messages.
What we collect
- Caller phone number and the information the caller gives during the call (name, vehicle or service details, preferred appointment time).
- A written summary of the call. We do not record calls unless our client has enabled recording and the caller has been told at the start of the call.
- Text message history with callers who agreed to receive texts, and opt-out requests.
- Contact and billing details of our clients.
How we use it
Only to answer and route the call, book or confirm the appointment, send the caller the texts they agreed to, and send the summary to our client. We act on behalf of our clients, who decide how they use their customers' data.
What we never do
We do not sell personal data. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Service providers
We use providers to run the service (telephony and messaging, speech and language processing, hosting). They process data only to provide the service to us.
Retention
Call summaries and messages are kept while our client uses the service and deleted afterwards, or earlier on request of our client.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any text to stop messages. To access or delete your data, contact the business you called or write to support@hello2hola.com.
